Since joining Amazon, I’ve worked on two teams: Payments Design and Amazon Influencers. Both teams aim to enhance the Amazon shopping experience—and beyond—from seamless payments to inspiring shopping journeys, and the unique path to earning and success as an Amazon Influencer.

designed and launched
Designed the Creator Central: Amazon creators' main operational dashboard, and enabled it on mobile. Led end-to-end design of 5+ creator tools: affiliate link sharing, creator coach, personalized audience deals, and payment management. Conducted usability testing, aggregated disparate qualitative and quantitative data to inform design solutions.

Redesigned and unified Content Creation experience for Amazon creators and shoppers, facilitated collaboration across 4 design teams. Launched Collages as a new content type and innovated AI-powered content assistant for content and image generation, providing creators with advanced tools to foster Amazon's social-shopping ecosystem.

Designed and launched 4 creator growth programs from 0 to 1, defining strategy and requirements from ambiguity. Drove alignment across stakeholders and proposed solutions amid discordant views. Key projects included the Creator Bonus Program, Creator Stars (Tiered Loyalty Program), and Creator Connections (bonus earning with Amazon brands).

June 2021 - August 2022
1. New payment options: not only pay by cards
Unlike US, many customers in Mexico and Europe consider cash as a secure and normal method of payment when shopping online. I designed and launched multiple cash payment experiences, and localized in Mexico, Italy and Germany. Also designed installment payment experience in Mexico.
Designed Amazon's co-branded bank card, including digital wallets, money transfers and customer service.

Amazon's payment screens haven't changed in 5 years. We innovated new components and visual styles to make payments and checkout more modern and delightful.
